Down here in the US, we call recipes like this, a "Dump Cake"... :-)
There are a zillion variations. Just do a Search for "Dump Cake."

I grew up with my mom making this DUMP CAKE. It is fun and it does taste good.
I've made Dump Cakes before but never with the brown sugar on top.
