Yup that's me!! quite the getup eh!! I dress in many layers when I go skidooing, and its been so darn cold always in the minus's,except for one day there it rained, what a slippery mess it made, then it snowed and.... snowed......blizzard style.... you would never know we had lost a lot of our snow when it had rained.
Our holidays are almost over my daughter left this morning, we all hate when she leaves, it feels so empty here at home without her and her little cat Freda. But we had lots of fun, lots of laughs, I did lots of shopping with her, we even went shopping for winter tires!! That's a first for me!!
After New Years Day I will begin putting away Christmas..... not my favorite job but it will get done then.I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas !!

I'm so glad to hear that you had a good family Christmas time. I know what you mean about putting the decorations away; the house seems so plain.
I truly don't know how you stand so much cold weather, Diane. I think I'd be looking to move to Florida or Texas or SOMEWHERE warm!

I love your outfit! I think I need something like that for when I have to go outside when it is so cold. That would be going to the mailbox or taking out the trash! I really don't like getting out in the icy temps.
I will probably begin puting Christmas decorations away the first of the new year too. I enjoy having them out but they do take up a lot of space in my little cottage.
Have a wonderful new year.
I would definitely have to dress like that in those temps! I put my Christmas stuff away after New Years too. Not looking forward to it. House always looks a little dull after.
Oh man Diane, I am bracing myself for that type of weather next year.....minus something every day since I started watching the temperatures in Alaska. I like some of your graphics....tee hee.....isn't it fun to find new ones and share.......I love it. We are also going to take down the decorations in the next few days....oh woe is me, hate to see my main man disappear.
What are meat pies? I bet they are like our pot pies....love them.....good hearty meal with lots of love mixed in.
Brrrr. That looks cold.
Happy new year.
I'm glad you had a happy Christmas Diane. It's been cold here but not much snow except in the mountains and they are getting unbelievable feet of white stuff.
Happy New Year.
well you look warm! That's what counts! I want to go skidooing with you!! I always put Christmas away within 2 days. This morning I was missing it.
I've never been skidooing, but it sounds so fun. I'm glad you had a happy Christmas...me too. All my decorations are away except for the tree...that will come down tomorrow or maybe Friday. Happy New Year to you ...hugs, Linda
