The lilac trees are in full bloom can you smell them???
As we open our front door we are in lilac heaven, the smells is so heady and wonderful.
No rain yet ladies.... they have been promising us a thunderstorm for a few days but the sun is out before the clouds and not a raindrop in sight.
So we focus on the lilacs aren't they gorgeous !!

Just gorgeous lilacs. :) Your pictures are so pretty that I can almost smell them here. We have great lilacs, too, but they weren't as "thick" this year.

Yes I can almost smell them they are beautiful.
I hope that you will get some rain soon. We have been getting some bad storms about every night. I need it to stop for a few days so that we can till the garden spot.

Yes, Diane. Lilacs are one of my favorites, but our lilac blooms have come and gone, and now we are smelling the honeysuckle blossoms. They,too, are heavenly.

This is too funny...I've just come in from going to take pictures of my lilac tree that I have at the front of the house:-) Mine isn't as full but at least it has blooms on it this year, the last couple of years it wasn't doing well at all. I so love the smell of lilacs and wish they'd last longer!!
They've been announcing thunderstorms here as well but they keep going around us. We're in real desperate need of rain, everything is so dry. There's a complete fire ban over here at the moment. xoxo
