I have a craving !!!!!! because its that time of year!!!!!!

232849942_92721915b3.jpg

It’s back … in all its sweetness. The Pumpkin Spice Latte at Starbucks. Pure bliss !!!!.

I look forward to this drink all year. If money grew on trees, I would have an addiction to this drink. I actually prefer it over food………and I LOVE food. At almost $5.00 (for a “grande”…..a medium….. for all you folks that don’t speak the Starbucks lingo) it’s quite the indulgence. It really is such a treat, and makes for a very good way to start (or end) the day. Heck any time of the day!!

Unfortunately I can only get them when I go to Ottawa when I visit my daughter and trust me I soooo look forward to it, I can taste it right now I crave it.

I should belong to the PSL Addiction Group. There is no known cure.LOL!!!

I have never had this, Diane. I go to Starbucks a couple of times a month, as we have one about a mile away, and have their beans ground for my coffee maker. But I rarely order a drink while I'm there. I'll have to try this, on your solid recommendation, though!

I have never tried this one. I try to stay away from Starbucks for two reasons..the cost and the calorie. I am sure this drink has a few!! Smile!!

lol My church gives out free Starbucks coffee, but not the exotic flavors. I've heard others rave about this flavor.

I fell on the floor when I read the price; I just now got up and pulled myself back into the chair! You are clever, duplicate that recipe for us; it sounds lovely, but I could not turn loose of $4 for one cup of coffee!

Read your comment on the price of oil. I am in the UK and have done some conversions to let you know what we are paying and have been for some time. Our petrol is now sold in litres. There are apparently 4.5 litres to 1 gallon. We are paying £1.13 average per litre which means a gallon is costing £5.08 per gallon. I have converted that to dollars (1.84 dollars to an English £) which makes $9.34 per gallon here in the UK!

I've never had the Pumpkin Latte. I get coffee quite often from Starbucks but usually stick to a Latte. I don't usually like the sweeter drinks. I am going to try this one though...and I'll have one with you!!

I imagine you can find a "tastes the same" recipe online for that. I don't drink coffee but sometimes I do think I'm missing something.

Diane, thanks for stopping by my blog! Obviously, you now know how much I love the pumpkin lattes too!
Good for Nola posting those recipes!

Now...our hunt is on for a local store that carries the Perry's Pumpkin Ice Cream. Perry's is an ice cream maker in PA, USA. It's not sold everywhere! :-(

I had an iced pumpkin latte' the other day! Yum!
