Foster Mom to a Little Cat Called Mouse !!

Just look at this cute little guy's face ! He is lost and were desperately trying to find his Mommy,He has been at my brother's house for a week, now this week is my turn to babysit this little guy.Imagine losing this little sweetheart, a friend of ours found him peeking in the kitchen picture window, she waited for him to go home but by nightfall it was apparent he didn't know where to go,and our nightfalls now are below zero now brrrrrrrrr !!

So she fed him and started to look for a warm home for the night that's where my brother came into the picture, here we are a week later and still no Mommy for this little guy.
But were trying different places and pooling our ideas to see what we can come up with,if all else fails we will bring him to the humain society, not the pound. The humain society will for a fee keep him indefintely.

I really hope we can find him a mommy he is adorable, very vocal ,but soo friendly he lets us pick him up anytime and loves to be held, his favourite spot right now is right bedside me, it will be hard to let him go but it would not be fair to keep him as I travel a lot and I have other obligations here at home that need my attention.

He didn't come to us with a name and I really have a need to call him something so I call him mouse!!! My daughter suggested Fred or Batman cuz he has little batwings on either side of his nose, but he is just plain mouse to me!!
Is this a cutie or what!!

Oh how darling!! I am so glad that you are caring for him as long as you can...We love cats here..We only have Annie now!! She is very sweet and we both love her. We have had cats most of our married life. I am glad that you do not live close or I would be tempted..smile..Sandy
Oh I am much better from the injections finally. Flu shots never make me sick. I think having them both in the same arm did it...

He is precious!!! I hope someone didn't deliberately drop him off. That happens here a lot. We live in the country and people just think if they drop unwanted (sometimes pregnant) cats off that they can fend for themselves. They can't.

I hope your cute little "tuxedo" cat finds a good home! Or the one where he belongs.

I can't even imagine letting our cat out of the house!

What is it with stray black and white cats?? lol He really looks a lot like the stray mama kitty I've been feeding. I do hope you're able to find a home for him, he really is a gorgeous cat. I've got the cage on my deck now and letting the kitties get used to going in it to eat and then in a day or so, I will fix it so that the door will close once they're in. Want to try to get all 5 kittens caught, as well as the mama before it gets any colder. xoxo

What a beautiful cat! He has such great coloring. Love the black patches on his nose. He looks like he poked his nose in a can of car oil! He sounds like an adorable kitty. I hope he finds a home soon.

Mouse is a great kitty name! (but maybe I'm biased since we call one of our own Mouse). I hope that little fellow finds a good home.

Oh, I love him!!! I have 33 INDOOR cats! Now, talk about work? I work a lot after them. All are spayed/neutered, tested for diseases, shots, no fleas, no worms...all are healthy! I had one that I had to take and have 2 root canals done one time! I take care of them just as I did my children. I would have loved to have "Mouse!" He is adorable! Sounds like you found him a great home, though. Please tell people that an inside cat does NOT need that feline leukemia shot! My daughter's cat got cancer at the injection site and went through 19 radiation treatments after 2 surgeries! My daughter has spent close to $12,000 on that cat! She was a stray that I took out of the woods along with 6 others that someone had "thrown away!" You can read all about her on my blog under PETS category. Those leukemia shots are NO good1 So please pass the word on....I tell everyone this. Now the vets around here are giving the shot in the hind leg so if a cancer should develop, the leg can just be removed. Good grief! Why give the shots at all, you know? $$$$ is WHY!!! So spread the word to "Mouse's" new Mommy and Daddy, please.

I am so happy that you took this little guy in...someons sure lost a great little guy. Maybe for the better, though, if they were careless enough for him to escape outside...or maybe he was an outside cat to begin with...SOOOOO glad that you took him in!

Keep us posted on him! I care!!!
