Is it de-lurking day? I have seen those in the past but I always miss it. Is it an official day - or something each blogger chooses for themselves? I sound like a dolt, don't I? :) LOL!
Hi Diane I know what you mean ..I wonder too why people don't leave a comment ..I guess they are in a hurry or don't find my page valid of a comment(:)LOLMaybe they don't want to have to do the --sign the username and password and the dumb WORD Verification-- I am gonna fix mine so they don't have to.Who knows..This whole blog thing is just alot of fun -any ol'way ~!!This is a really cute PEEKING post- LOVED it ~!!The Vintage Easter images I posted--I love them too, thanks alot ..hugs, Patty
I wonder about lurkers also. Love the shot of the peek from behind the purple blinds!
I think almost everyone who blogs gets lots of lurkers. I've never really figured out why.Cute post!xo
Well, you can't shut me up! I've "lurked" on a blog, checking it out once to see if it is something I would like to follow up on. But that's more like "click and run." That's my new translation, I guess. But I tend to speak my mind and say, hi how are ya? Cause you guys are my daily friends!Brenda
I always leave comments. I am disappointed when those I visit do not bother to return the favor.
Hello! Hee Hee X
Sometimes I lurk, sometimes I peek, sometimes I leave messages ... I guess it depends on how much time I have. I hate doing those word verification things as I sometimes have a very hard time figuring them out. Perhaps that is why I don't comment all the time.
What sweet pictures to make the point too.
I often wonder that too. It always makes me feel like they didn't like what they saw, but I also know that not everyone can like what they see on my blog. Your pictures were so cute! laurie
It ain't me, I'm always commenting! I have lots of family and friends who I know read, but never comment, but I'm just glad they stop by to check on me. It's amazing to check the stats, though, and know someone in Zimbabwe or Timbucktoo is popping into my life and I never even know it. I do prefer to be able to pop in and visit the people who visit me. My life is much richer for having shared with so many bloggers!
You DO SO BITE!!!!! hehe It really does make you wonder when you see your stats showing that a certain amount of people visited your blog and yet you only get a few comments...I always figure if you have time to read a post then you should have time to comment as well:-) Even if it's just to say "Hi"!! xoxo
*waves hi as she wanders through*
im one of those naughty bloggers that doesnt actually check up on whose written a new entry in a while,so i hope im not a lurker cos tbh i get bothered by it too!i get a bunch of hits and no comments *shakes angry fist* when i go to the point of speaking total drivvel (is that how you spell it)when i visit a blog just so i leave a comment and i get nada back...i was always told it was bad blog manners not to reply to a bloggers comment....naughty naughty lurkers
That was a really cute post. I guess I never really thought of it not being nice manners. I just look around a lot but I will have to start leaving comments more often! Have a great day and a Happy Easter!
