Photos of Spring

Can't wait to see my first robin of the year, always a thrill for me !!!!
And see our little friend Chippy come closer to the house looking for a treat to snack on !!
And of course the first pussy willows of the year........ all these I wont see for another month at the very least......I am patient........ but come on SPRING ...... I miss you!!!

I thought if I showed photos of some things that mean SPRING to me maybe Mother Nature would get the hint............ ( she is not paying me any attention)
Were still knee deep in the white stuff, altho I must say the temperature is a little warmer.
What reminds you of spring ???

I too, am waiting to see that first robin and have all this snow gone.
We are having a beautiful day as it is 50 out there. I am so enjoying it.
WE do need to be patient just a few more days.
I saw several little squirrels out jumping around when I left for work.

Crocus, daffodils, trees putting on buds - these are the signs of Spring to me. Saw a few crocus blooms Monday. Come on Spring!

Here in south Texas, we can feel the warmth and beauty of spring beginning to show itself.
I love it when the trees start leafing out and turning green....
I hope your spring is coming soon!

Have seen robins, although I still look out at snow. But the temps are warmer, now and then.

There is longing from Spring, in Pretty Blog Land. :-)

And that kind of a "look," and a change in the "smell" of outdoors... Those things tell me that Spring is coming.

With the milder and sunny temps we've been having this week, you should see all the grass that's showing in the front and back yard! Some of the grass is actually turning green. NOT something we usually see in March! lol I noticed the other day that the Mourning Doves are actually starting their nest...hopefully they realize it's only March! Sheesh!

I've always loved pussy willows and I remember in school when we'd get to paint them different colours and bring them home to mom to put in a vase:-) xoxo

Three weeks ago we had snow; today it is 70 degrees here. I am in shorts, it's not a pretty site! I'll send some spring up your way...

All of the above reminds me of spring! I saw the prettiest robin on my fence while I was sitting outside yesterday. I am so enjoying my birds!

Perhaps if we all begin to chant, "Come on, Spring. Come on, Spring. Come on, Spring."

There's just that hint of warmth in the air when winter is over. I cannot WAIT for that.

I love the fresh smell of a spring rain....... I can stand outside and see the dark clouds and smell the rain before it hits my face... Then I know that spring is headed my way!

All of these like Brenda said remind of Spring but me having to start mowing the pastures again really reminds me of it. It is almost here. Warm on the weekend and cold and raining today. Texas weather at its best.
Waiting to see my first Robin this spring
